Metis Anti-Stress 03 is a natural formula based on standardized plant extracts, magnesium, vitamin B12, and carefully selected bacterial strains. Ashwagandha KSM-66® helps improve the body's resistance to stress and supports your mental balance². Lemon balm contributes to optimal relaxation and helps maintain a positive mood³. Holy basil (Tulsi) helps maintain balance in your mental and physical health⁴.
Magnesium and vitamin B12 support the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function⁵⁶ and help reduce tiredness and fatigue⁵⁶. Metis Anti-Stress 03 can help you stay resilient during busy or challenging times. The added bacterial strains Lactobacillus subtilis HU58 and Lactobacillus coagulans complete the formula.
Each capsule contains 300 mg lemon balm extract (7% rosmarinic acid), 300 mg Ashwagandha KSM-66® extract (5% withanolides), 250 mg holy basil extract, 56 mg magnesium, 2 billion CFU Lactobacillus subtilis HU58, 1 billion CFU Lactobacillus coagulans and 500 µg vitamin B12.
Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably at a fixed time of the day.
